We are AllSaints!

All Saints seeks to celebrate God’s presence in the world and strives to love our neighbors in all that we do. We are located in Pleasant Ridge, a vibrant and diverse neighborhood in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our intergenerational church community cares deeply for one another, and is hospitable to all who come through our doors.

Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here.

Halloween at All Saints

Be sure to mark your calendars for this year's Halloween at All Saints! We'll be outside on the front lawn of the church from 6-8pm passing out candy, cider and hot chocolate to our Pleasant Ridge neighbors.

We are in need of candy donations for the trick or treaters. Please consider bringing a bag of candy to church this month to make sure we have enough. There is a basket at the entrance of the church to place your donations.

If you can join us to help pass out treats Halloween night, please email Erica Bowen at ECDBowen@gmail.com.

Baptism and all saints sunday on Nov. 3rd

All Saints will be having our next Baptism on The Feast of All Saints on Sunday, November 3rd, which is also Meredith+’s last Sunday at All Saints. If you’re interested in baptism or would like more information, please reach out to Rev. Meredith.

Dear Saints,

It’s that time of year when we must decide how we, as individuals and a community, will continue to spread God’s love as well as pay the bills that keep our church functioning. In other words, it’s the time of year when your All Saints leaders must plan the 2025 budget.

Each of us is key to that process and can participate by prayerfully contemplating how much we are willing to pledge. Our individual ability to give varies greatly, but every pledge, regardless of the amount, enables us to do something we otherwise couldn’t.

If you have received a pledge packet in the mail, you may fill out the enclosed pledge card and return it during the offering through Nov. 17. If you did not receive a pledge packet, you can pick one up on Sunday at the table where you fill out your name tag. Or you can pledge online here.

There are so many things in each of our lives competing for our time and our money. Deciding where to direct our resources, at times, is overwhelming, so don’t try to make these decisions by yourself. Open your ears and your mind to what God wants you to do, knowing that God will provide and support you every step of the way.

Faithfully,

Kathy Doane, Stewardship Chair.

We are all saints.

We believe that each of us is an image bearer of God. God’s light shines through us. Saints are not perfect – we are real people, we are flawed, we make mistakes! But we love God together. We are people of prayer and we seek to follow Jesus, God’s living light. We are connected, part of this “great cloud of witnesses” here to inspire each other and call each other to become more fully present to the Spirit of God in all people. When our lives shine with love — God’s presence is made known in our world.

We are learning together how we can become more and more like Jesus.  By opening ourselves to the way of love, we become holy, shining like the light, radiating the love of God. Like Jesus, we too can be the dwelling place of the Holy One.
